通過pl/sql工具連接 ，提示 ?ora-12560 tns 協議適配器錯誤。

? ?查詢了網上的解決辦法，基本監聽問題、實例未啟動等原因。
這些情況在我這里不存在；最后，想到可能是端口問題，于是在客戶端 ?telnet db的IP ?1521 不通。
這就說明可能是防火墻阻止了端口。

于是排查數據庫服務器的防火墻狀態：
