微軟的_tell函數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)

微軟的_tell函數(shù)可以根據(jù)handle (int)返回當(dāng)前文件操作指針的位置。
在Linux和Mac OS X上沒(méi)有類(lèi)似的函數(shù)，其實(shí)其內(nèi)部實(shí)現(xiàn)也不是特別的復(fù)雜。
PS:
Linux和Mac OS X上的類(lèi)似概念為ftell，但是其傳入的第一個(gè)參數(shù)為FILE*，這里為int.
