因為出錯代碼比較長，就放在后面了。

出現"The stored procedure 'dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID' doesn't exist."報錯的情況很多

只要是安裝過程中出現異常終止，然后我們又試圖訪問沒有安裝好的網站（因為是裝了一半終止的，所以DNN不會再觸發安裝的過程）；
或者其它的設置導致DNN不能正常運行就有可能出現這個報錯。

所以我們不要嘗試去還原dbo.GetPortalAliasByPortalID，而應該去排查那個地方引起這個報錯。比如：連接字符串是不是設置正確， Startkit的安裝是不是選擇了"Auto"模式，SQL 是不是正常啟動，等等。
